· Employment Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Affirmative Action

· Bullying and Cyber-Bullying

· Schools, Technology, and the Law

Teacher Training

LEGAL ONE Teacher Training is a wise investment for your district. Teachers are on the front line every day making numerous legal decisions in their dealings with students, parents, and other staff. One mistake in those dealings and the district could face huge legal liability before an issue ever comes to the attention of a school administrator. This series will equip teachers to make better front-line decisions, know when they need to ask for help, and better understand the larger legal implications of their daily actions. Options include one-hour express, half-day and full-day training programs.

Topics include:

· Employment Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Affirmative Action

· Bullying and Cyber-Bullying

· Schools, Technology, and the Law

· Student Safety, Supervision, and Discipline

· Special Education
